Continental (XTRA: CON) is considering spinning of its auto parts business. The RemainCo would be focused on tires. The UBS analyst believes the RemainCo could return 50% of its market cap in dividends and buybacks within 3 years. More work to do on this one (the spin-off isn’t confirmed), but it looks intriguing…
