AMMO Inc Spinoff Marketplace Business Notes

I’m personally invested in $poww and am concerned about the spin-off, I have been writing calls against tmy position for months and has created nice monthly returns. I don’t understand why management would announce this the day before earnings??? I can see where it brings value to the company but unless it is to protect the manufacturing side from online sales, in the event online sales are hindered by coming restrictions it seems like dilutions. I may need to take a loss on the position and look for a reenry as it causing drawdowns. There were decent buy orders coming in today mid day even while the indexes were plummeting
