Sell Verint and Cognyte
I’m recommending selling Verint (VRNT) and Cognyte (CGNT) today.
The initial trade was based on a “de-merger arbitage” situation. In other words, I recommended buying ahead of the spin-off of Cognyte as the company was trading at a big discount to what I thought it was worth on a standalone basis.
