How I analyze insider incentives for new spinoffs:

1) open Form 10 filing
2) open Ex-99.1
3) go to “executive compensation”
4) find number of shares reserved for management and employee incentives.

TGA looks good from val perspective (0.8x NTM FCF), and I think it looks good from a technical perspective UNLESS it breaks its 50day moving avg.
