Continental Spin-off (Power Train) Notes
March 18, 2021 Update
- This transaction had previously been announced in 2018, but had been indefinitely delayed several times due to market conditions.
- If shareholders approve the transaction, it will take place in the second half of 2021. The spin-off will be named Vitesco Technologies.
- Good interview with Tivesco Management.
- This transaction does’t look to interesting or actionable, but I will continue to follow it.
